PROJECT BB VLOG
MB WHIPS IS A COMPANY BUILT ON ALWAYS PUSHING THE BOUNDARIES ON AFTERMARKET LIGHTING AND INNOVATING NEW PRODUCTS AND NEW IDEAS FOR OFFROAD VEHICLES. AFTER BUILDING THE SHOCKWAVE SEGWAY IN 2024/25 WITH 18 SPEAKERS AND EARDRUM RUPTURING AUDIO PERFORMANCE, WE DECIDED WHY NOT GO EVEN FURTHER. THAT IS WHERE THE IDEA FOR PROJECTBB WAS BORN!
The vehicle we opted to use is the 2026 Polaris Xpedition ADV5. This is the ultimate enclosed vehicle for dune and trail use. We plan on using it in all environments and on the street! Check out the video series below to see this build come together and debut at the Salt Lake Offroad Expo 2026.
We take ProjectBB to Karl Malone Powersports in Ogden to begin our build with long travel suspension from Thumber Fab as well as their roof rack, nerf bars, and bumpers! While we have it in the shop we are going to tackle a high output alternator, a Viper gated shifter, and tons of DRT parts to complement the build. Here is a quick overview of some of the parts we are tackling.

In this video, we do a quick tour of the Karl Malone ADS location and showcase their huge showroom with everything you could hope to find in a powersports store. We also get a status update on the ProjectBB build.
In this video we show you some of the work going into our audio system in ProjectBB. A ton of work has gone into this setup to bring a serious level of audio performance into this build. We are going HUGE with over 12,000 watts of power!
